Engagement Platform

Atlassian

The Engagement Platform is an internal Atlassian tool that exists to assist Product, Growth, and Marketing teams guide customers through their lifecycle with Atlassian products. In the process of shipping the new experience, we created the foundation for the tool’s future vision. We erased tech debt by making many tasks self-service for the users and improved the core structure of the platform from the inside out.

Merchant Security

PayPal

I worked with PayPal to develop the design framework for a new security feature requested by PayPal’s enterprise customers. I worked closely with the Product Manager, the engineering team, and other project stakeholders. All work was documented to ensure a seamless handoff when I finished.

Admin Tools

PayPal

PayPal’s enterprise customers needed a secure way to manage users, assign them various roles and permissions so that multiple users can complete assigned tasks within their account on behalf of the business. I worked with PayPal to create a scalable design solution.

Clinical Trial Patient App

Trialomics

The app is designed for patients to record trial sessions and complete various tasks during a clinical trial. Trialomics’s client had requested a complete overhaul of the existing app. I took a set of draft wireframes and created a new user experience with an updated interface. I worked closely with their development team to ensure a seamless handoff.

Trialomics came to me with a set of wireframes and specs for a software product currently in development for their client. We were able to get the product ready to ship by completing four one week design sprints.

Order Wizard App Redesign

Scalable Press

Scalable Press’s Order wizard allows users to upload their artwork and have it printed on-demand, on over three thousand product types. Core areas of the user flow and UI components were analyzed, documented and redesigned.

Fanmall Market Place

Scalable Press

I designed high-fidelity prototypes, visual assets and content that was demoed during contract proposals with brand partners. My work created proof of concept to stakeholders, secured brand partners and directly contributed to the launch of the product.

Snowmad

Snowmad provides users with real time mountain conditions, terrain and lift statuses. Find only what you need and nothing you don’t. Snowmad is currently in development.
